In an audio address to the "one-million-march" in Al-Khums on 26 July, Libyan leader Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi said: "This is the hour of defiance, the hour of demonstrating the power of the free Jamahiriyah; the good, free people demonstrating their power before NATO, who demonstrates its rusty flotillas and aircraft, which will be destroyed."
